With over 38 years of experience in the surveying industry, Tim is a seasoned professional who serves as both a Project Manager and Licensed Party Chief at GUIDA. He has led a wide range of projects across Southern California, managing teams, schedules, and field operations with precision and care. Known for his hands-on approach, Tim supports both field and office efforts and stays current with evolving equipment and technologies. His expertise spans design and construction surveying, including control networks, aerial photogrammetry, topographic and boundary surveys, and ALTA and right-of-way surveys. He is also highly experienced in legal descriptions, mapping, and construction staking.
