Omni San Diego Hotel

GUIDA was asked to provide construction surveying services, which included survey control, parking structure control, settlement monitoring, and street improvements for this 32-story, high rise hotel and condominium community, joined to Petco Park by a sky bridge. In addition to the hotel rooms and apartment homes, the structure includes 20,000 square feet of meeting space, a 9,750-square-foot ballroom, an outdoor terrace with a pool and jacuzzi, restaurant, and business center.
